RM2BJ03NX–William Sylvester being toasted by his brother and his father , past winners of the Doggett's Coat and Badge race , after his victory at this year's 223rd annual sculling race, which takes place over a 4 mile course from London Bridge to Chelsea Bridge. The contest was started in 1715 by Thomas Doggett who offered the prize to commemorate the accession for King George I.
