Former restaurant tycoon Timothy Power arrives at Blackfriers Crown Court in London to be sentenced for motoring registration offences. Power, of Ackmar Road, Parsons Green, south London, was found guilty on two charges of car fraud. * The charges were use of a car registration number and a similar count concerning an excise licence. The ex-Belgo boss used the illegal personalised plate spelling "P9OWER" on his 100, 000 Ferrari.
