Anti-war murals of Maxo Vanka, an exiled Croatian painter working in Pittsburgh during World War II. Vanka's work, created between 1937 and 1941, protested both the rise of Fascism in Europe and the problems of capitalism in the West. These photographs were taken during a Christmas Eve midnight mass, December 24, 2016.
