Mrs F.T.B Tower Launching the new destroyer at Southampton. On her left is Sir John Thronycroft. With an armaments of 84.7 inch guns double that of earlier destroyers the mohawk latest of the large tribe last destroyers was launched. It displaces 1850 t and 44,000 hp turbine engines which will give her a design speed of 36 knots. 5 October 1937.
