Monument to Soviet Tank Crews (Památník sovětských tankistů) in Prague, Czechoslovakia, depicted in the Czechoslovak vintage postcard issued before 1946. The monument was unveiled in July 1945 to commemorate the Soviet tank T-34 number 24 which entered into Prague as the first one at the morning on 9 May 1945. In fact a Soviet heavy tank IS-2 was installed on the pedestal and the number was wrongly changed to 23. The monument later known as the Pink Tank was removed in June 1991.
