Major Cohen sees foreign ex servicemen off to Lord Harrowby ' s international house party . Major Brunel Cohen , treasurer of the British Legion , was at Euston Station when a party of foreign exservicemen left to be the guests of the Earl and Countess of Harrowby at Sandon Hall , near Stafford . There will be 50 guests from 15 different countries . Lord Harrowby hopes that meetings between ex enimies and ex allies will foster world piece .
