King George of Greece and Crown Prince acclaimed at St George ' s day ceremony . All Athens acclaimed King George and his brother , Crown Prince Paul , as they drove through the streets of the capital to the Cathedral , where they were present at a Te Deum in celebration of St George ' s day . This year the celebrations were on a grander scale than usual , because they are the first attended by the King since his return to the throne .
