Equipped with some of the world's finest warplanes, Poland's Air Force is prepared for any emergency. Owing to the international situation, aerodromes near the frontiers are fully manned and the air force is ready to go into action at short notice. Most of the planes equipping the force are produced at Stata factories and are made of metal, most of which is mined in Poland.
