Sometimes skilledlabor is not obtainable. The consequence is, inthe majority of cases, the lawn, —or what, by. courtesy, is called by that name, —^is a sort ofevolution which is an improvement on the orig-inal conditions surrounding the home, but whichnever reaches a satisfactory stage.
