Yokohama, Japan, October 28, 1945 Iva Toguri, known as "Tokyo Rose" of the Japanese propaganda "Zero Hour" broadcasts which were beamed at U. S. troops in the Pacific during the war, as she looks through the bars of her cell. Born in Los Angeles in 1916, she is awaiting trial for treason against the United States.
