West-Flanders province governor Carl Decaluwe, Navy Commander Wim Robberecht and UK ambassador in Belgium, Alison Rose pictured during the 30th anniversary of the Herald of Free Enterprise ferry disaster, on Monday 06 March 2017 in Zeebrugge. On 6 March 1987 the ferry left the harbor of Zeebrugge, bound for Dover with more than 450 passengers and 80 crew members on board. It capsized just outside the harbor.
