Trent End Stand, the City Ground, Nottingham Forest Football Club stadium, Nottinghamshire, 1995. Nottingham Forest were founded in the 1860s, gaining entry to the Football League in 1892. They moved to the City Ground in 1898. The club's finest era came in 1978-1980 when, under the management of Brian Clough, they won the League Championship (1978), League Cup (1978, 1979) and the European Champions' Cup (1979, 1980).
