Tornagrain is a hamlet and planned village in the Scottish Highlands, situated around 7 miles (11 km) northeast of Inverness. It falls within the Highland council area for local government purposes. Tornagrain lies 1.2 miles (2 km) south of Inverness (Dalcross) Airport; and 1.5 miles (2.5 km) east of Castle Stuart Golf Course which was developed in 2009 and hosted the Barclays Scottish Open Championship for the first time in 2011.
