Stephen Schemenauer, brigade commander, and presented the following: commander’s award for public service, certificate of commendation from the Office of the Governor, Minnesota Medal for Merit and a special plaque from the brigade. “I know you for your candor, and how you care for Soldiers over all,” said Schemenauer.
