Completed at the beginning of the 19th century, Tardebigge Locks is the longest flight of locks in the UK and consists of 30 narrow locks on a two-and-a-quarter-mile stretch of the Worcester and Birmingham Canal. It raises the waterway 220 feet from the end of the Stoke Prior six locks to Tardebigge Tunnel.
