The Queen At Lloyd's - The Queen, wearing a gown of ivory lace over peach-coloured taffeta, is seen when she visited Lloyd's to lay the foundation stone of a new, £2, 000,000 Lloyd's building. On arrival the Queen, who was accompanied by the Duke of Edinburgh, was met by Mr. Matthew watt Drysdale, Chairman of Lioyd's. November 7, 1952.
