The image is of the Italian Chapel near Kirkwall in the Orkney's. The Chapel was built by Italian Prisoners of War during the Second World War. There were around 4000 Italian PoW's on the main island of Orkney, 2000 at this site and 1000 each t two other sites. All were repatriated after the war.
