RMRKM2YX–In the years 1825-1840 the centre of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, England was rebuilt. This was mostly the work of three men, John Dobson, an architect, Richard Grainger, a builder and John Clayton the town clerk and all three have streets named after them. Richard Grainger and John Dobson, built the Royal Arcade in a classical Greek style at the foot of Pilgrim Street. With its domes and stone column it became a home to shops, banks, offices, a post office, an auction room, and steam and vapour baths to be hailed as the finest example of its kind in the country.

RMRKM224–The Concert Hall in St George's Hall, in Lime Street, in the centre of the English city of Liverpool. Built in Neoclassical style, the foundation stone was laid to commemorate the coronation of Queen Victoria in 1838. Sir Charles Cockerell was largely responsible for the decoration of the interior. The roof is a tunnel vault carried on columns of polished red granite; the walls have niches for statues and the panelled plasterwork of the vault has allegorical figures of Virtues, Science and Arts and the highly decorated floor consists of over 30,000 Minton tiles. The hall was opened in 1854.

RM2KFHHR1–A birds eye view of the Houses of Parliament, AKA the Palace of Westminster, on the left bank of the River Thames in the borough of Westminster, London, England. After it was destroyed by fire in 1834, Sir Charles Barry, assisted by Augustus Pugin, designed the present buildings in the Gothic Revival style. Construction was begun in 1837 and finished in 1860 when the drawing was created.
