The base has some steps, with small lateral parts in masonry. The structure has an oblong sockle and a rededing upper round tower-like part. At the front is a doorcase upon whose entablature lean two women - the left one is seen in front, the right in profile - beside an urn with a flame. They stand upon the sockle. Corresponding laterally are women standing beside a similar urn standing upon what seems to be a balustrade. Below the upper edge of the tower is a band with a triglyph frieze.
