He is having hydrotherapy for two slipped discs at the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals' Hospital in North London. Duke is one of the first pets to undergo the new treatment designed to help pets with orthopedic problems paddle back to good health. The warm water therapeutic pool has an overhead rail and pulley system which enables the harnessed dog to get vital exercise while the weight of the body is supported.
