Built at Castle Bromwich, West Midlands, this Spitfire was sent to the 310 (Czech) Squadron and coded 'NN-N'. No.310 Squadron RAF was a Czechoslavk-manned fighter squadron of the RAF in WW2 and the first to be manned by foreign nationals. The spitfire was transferred to the Czech Air Force in 1945 and currently resides on display at the National Technical Museum.
