Efforts of the Senate Lobby Committee to obtain records of the National Committee to uphold Constitutional Government hit another snag today when Sumner Gerard, Treasurer of the Organization, testified he did not have in his control a list of contributors to the National Committee. Gerard, A brother of James Gerard, former Ambassador to Germany, was questioned by the committee in his investigating of Lobby activities uding congressional consideration of the Government reorganization bill, 4/20/38
