RMWFXNCX–The Stirling Junior, a half size testing model of the Short Stirling, the four-engined heavy bomber of the Second World War. It was the first four-engined bomber to be introduced into service with the Royal Air Force in early 194. During its use as a bomber, pilots praised the type for its ability to out-turn enemy night fighters and its favourable handling characteristics, while the altitude ceiling was often a subject of criticism. The Stirling had a relatively brief operational career as a bomber before being relegated to second line duties from late 1943.
RM2R330BH–The US Essex Class carrier USS Bunker Hill (CV-17) moored at San Diego in 1970. Before being scrapped, the ship was used as a test platform for electronics, avionics and radar development. The ship was badly damaged by two kamikaze strikes in one minute on 11 May 1945 at Okinawa. he strike caught fully fuelled and armed planes on deck and started very dangerous fires. Though heavily damaged the ship did not sink and returned to the USA for repair. The ship was decommissioned in 1966 and scrapped in 1973.

RM2K09MDF–The Blackburn B-25 Roc was a British Second World War-era Fleet Air Arm fighter aircraft designed by Blackburn Aircraft Ltd. It took its name from the mythical bird of the tales of the Arabian Nights, the Roc. Derived from the Blackburn Skua and developed in parallel, the Roc had its armament in a turret. The Roc came to be viewed as inferior to existing aircraft such as the Skua and the type had only brief front-line service.
