RMBRE26Y–Professor Kurt Schmid-Ehmen (1901 - 1968), the portrait head 'Frau Helmerich' Life-size female bronze head on grey granite base. Signed on the left side of the neck 'Schmid-Ehmen W 1933', the base marked with the foundry name 'Preissmann Bauer & Co. München'. With a half portrait photo of the head bearing the artist's ink paraph. Height 29 cm, base 7 cm. The work was originally titled 'Frau Helmerich', in an exhibition held in 1991 in commemoration of the artist's 100th birthday, however, it was presented as 'Mita'. Also included is a copy of a letter, Artist's Copyright has not to be cleared
