RMT82EME–A Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross by maker Otto Schickle Nickel silver frame, blackened iron core, unmarked suspension ring typical of Schickle, the obverse of the eyelet with LDO punch mark 'L/15'. Weight 24.8 g. Dimensions without suspension ring 49 x 49 mm. Certainly one of the rarest Knight's Crosses, Otto Schickle produced these awards for just a short period of time (most probably only until 1941), thus these crosses are hardly ever seen on the market.
