RMRB8339–Parliament House in Edinburgh, Scotland, was home to the pre-Union Parliament of Scotland, and is located in the Old Town, just off the Royal Mile, beside St Giles Cathedral. It was completed in 1639 to the design of James Murray. After the Act of Union 1707, the Parliament of Scotland was adjourned, and the building ceased to be used for its original function. The Hall was used for the sitting of courts, but in recent times has been subject to restoration work and now remains open as a meeting place for lawyers.

RM2B015HH–China: Shanghai - The (Old) Shanghai Club, 1902. The original Shanghai Club was a three-storey red-brick building constructed by the British in 1861. The original Club was torn down and rebuilt in 1910 with reinforced concrete in a neo-classical design. The large first floor dining room had black and white marble flooring, while the entrance staircase used imported white Sicilian marble. The club was a British men's club and was the most exclusive club in Shanghai during the heyday of the 1920s and 1930s. The membership fee was $125 and monthly dues were $9.

RM2HC5H69–A late 19th Century illustration of the neoclassical Treasury Building in Washington, D.C., is a National Historic Landmark building which is the headquarters of the United States Department of the Treasury. The original building was destroyed in the 1833 fire and left the Department without a home of its own. On July 4, 1836, Congress authorized the construction of a 'fireproof building' much of which was designed by Robert Mills, who was also the architect of the Washington Monument and the Patent Office Building.

It was built around 1000 AD and is the oldest wooden church in the world. Built in 1938, it is the second Chinatown to be constructed in Los Angeles. The original historic Chinatown was founded in the late 19th century, but was demolished to make room for Union Station, the city's major rail depot, leaving its residents and businesses displaced. RM2A6MNK5–The First Royal Exchange in London was founded in the 16th century by the merchant Sir Thomas Gresham on the suggestion of his factor Richard Clough to act as a centre of commerce for the City of London. The site flanked by Cornhill and Threadneedle Street, was provided by the City of London Corporation and the Worshipful Company of Mercers, who still jointly own the freehold. The building's original design was inspired by a bourse Gresham had seen in Antwerp, the Antwerp bourse, and was Britain's first specialist commercial building.

RM2A6MP3K–The Royal Exchange in London was founded in the 16th century by the merchant Sir Thomas Gresham on the suggestion of his factor Richard Clough to act as a centre of commerce for the City of London. Gresham's original building was destroyed in the Great Fire of London in 1666. The second building built on the site flanked by Cornhill and Threadneedle Street was designed by Edward Jarman and opened in 1669, but that also burned down, on 10 January 1838. It had been used by the Lloyd's insurance market, which was forced to move temporarily to South Sea House following the 1838 fire.
