RM2CG9BHE–1920 Funeral carriage procession of Admiral Lord Fisher (1st Sea Lord) from Westminster hospital -- John Arbuthnot Fisher, 1st Baron Fisher, (1841 – 1920), known generally as Jack, Jacky or Jackie Fisher. He was a British Admiral of the Fleet known for his efforts at naval reform. As Controller of the navy, he introduced torpedo boat destroyers as a class of ship. He also introduced daily baked bread on board ships in place of the usual ships biscuits. On his death from cancer aged 79, he was given a state funeral at Westminster Abbey, being commonly compared in greatness to Lord Nelson.

RM2NC12B7–1960s, historical, portrait of the Captain (or Master) of the SS Uganda steamship outside on the deck in full uniform. Built in 1952 for the British-India Steam Navigation Company as a passenger and cargo liner, she sailed between London and East Africa. The rise in civil aviation, saw a decline in demand and so she was converted to an educational cruise ship in the late 1960s, when her cargo holds were changed into dormitory cabins. She then sailed in Scandinavia and the Mediterranean up until 1982, when she was used by the Royal Navy as a hospital ship in the Falklands War.
