Belton on Tuesday despite blank shots being fired across her bows, was captured by the Belton last night after the minesweeper had come across the trawler 11 miles off the Kent coast. After a chase a Navy party boarded the trawler and both vessels made their way back to Dover, where the Virgo Maria lies under arrest with a Royal Navy armed guard on board. 'HMS Rose' is a replica of an 18th century Royal Navy frigate, built in Hull in 1757.
