The articles being dried are contained in a rotary cylinder within an outer casing which also encloses hea,ting coUs. a rotary cleaning screen, a rotary brush for cleaning the latter, and a fan. Air passes from the cylinder through the screen to the fan and thence over the heating coils back to the cyhnder.—W.
