Former Conservative Party leader Iain Duncan Smith is entertained by some traditional scottish dancing at the launch of a new charity called ScotsCare, outside their headquarters on King Street in Covent Garden, central London, Tuesday November 29, 2005. Mr Duncan Smith was joined by Taggart actress Blythe Duff to help launch the charity which aims to tackle poverty and need among Scots in London. A tenth of the estimated 340,000 people of Scottish origin living in greater London are thought to live in poverty, face chronic illness and loneliness or a combination of all three.
