RMKK52AX–An etching depicting the exterior of the Tomb of the Scipios, the building served as a burial place for members of the Scipio family between the 3rd century BC and 1st century AD, Lucius Cornelius Scipio Barbatus is believed to have had it built and only his sarcophagus remained intact over time, the building served as a landmark in the city, as the city grew to include the tomb its location became confused leading to it being rediscovered on two occasions, today it is open to the public, Rome, Italy, 1749.
