Architect Patrick Gilsenan has created a sustainable house for his family in Co Meath, Ireland.The house combines elements of the vernacular and aims to reflect the design and setting of traditional farm buildings in Ireland. His home of white sand and cement rendered walls, cedar wood cladding and fibre cement slates, took 28 months to build.
