Flying Scotsman on the KWVR Over the course of 2017, the world’s most famous steam locomotive, ‘Flying Scotsman, travelled the country, drawing thousands of admiring glances having returned to action after an extensive overhaul. At the start of April, it was on loan courtesy of the National Railway Museum and joined the Keighley & Worth valley Railway (KWVR) fleet for nine days.
