Tommy Sheridan, ex-MSP, organised and fronted a political rally in George Square, Glasgow in support of Scottish Independence and a Left Wing Scottish Executive. The rally was advertised on social media (Facebook) and while it had over 15000 on-line supporters, approximately 2000 people all over Scotland attended and listened to political speeches from invited guests and Tommy Sheridan, followed by music from a number of live groups and singers.
