Hareshaw lynn or linn is popular 3 mile walk from the village of Bellingham on the banks of the river north tyne, to a picturesque waterfall. The path follows the Hareshaw Burn past the remains of the village's iron making past to the wooded gorge where the stream tumbles its way towards the North Tyne. Popular since Victorian times, the route has recently been restored by Northumberland National Parks.
