The Tardis from the television series of Dr Who lands on top of Caerphilly Castle - Wales’ largest moated medieval castle. It was placed there to help promote the Christmas special, entitled Doctor Who: The End of Time, which is due to be broadcast on BBC One Wales on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day. Some scenes of the final two episodes of the latest series were filmed at the landmark.
