Sentencing in the Bruehne-Ferbach process in Munich, 1962. The accused Vera Bruehne is led out of the court after the verdict, she has covered her head with a silk scarf. Vera Bruehne and Johann Ferbach were accused of the double murder of Otto Praun and his housekeeper Elfriede Kloo. They were sentenced to life imprisonment on 4 June 1962. Today this judgment is considered a judicial scandal and misjudgment due to the large number of deficiencies in the trial.. Date created: 04/06/1962
