Sanp! and Hunger is Gone by Ganmett Fleming in the 24th annual Canstruction Design Competition in New York, seen on Friday, November 4, 2016, on display in Brookfield Place. The sculpture is made of 2360 cans and will feed 1844 New Yorkers. Architecture and design firm participate to design and build giant structures made from cans of food. The cans are donated to City Harvest at the close of the exhibit. Over 100,000 cans of food were collected and will be used to feed the needy at 500 soup kitchens and food pantries. (© Richard B.
