The Saami are a small ethnic group inhabiting the tundras of northern Scandinavia and North-West Russia. Like their ancestors, many continue to keep reindeer for a living. The Saami say the climate is changing, winter sets in later than usual which makes it more difficult to travel the marshy tundra and bring the herds together.
