An office building designed by Grayson and Ould. It is in brick with stone dressings, a granite ground floor, and a slate Mansard roof. The building has four storeys, and is five bays wide. In the ground floor, two of the bays form an arched entrance to Queen Avenue. In the first floor, between the windows, are Corinthian pilasters, and between the windows in the second floor are Ionic half-columns. On the front of the building are friezes, and at the top are dormers
