Photojournalism from Notting Hill Carnival 2011, taken on Sunday - the Children and Family day. Police used special powers to carry out hundreds of random stop and searches throughout the day, to prevent an outbrake of further disorder. The day was peaceful, lively, loud and only interrupted by a brief spurt of rain in the middle of the day. All photographs are copyright tinite phogography.
