Petty Officer 2nd Class Damien Stone introduces "Oscar," a rescue mannequin used for rescue training, to students from Public School 14 in Staten Island while touring the guided-missile cruiser USS Vella Gulf (CG 72) during Fleet Week New York City 2009. Approximately 3,000 Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsman will participate in the 22nd commemoration of Fleet Week New York.
