Pendle Hill from the top of Pasture Lane Between Barrowford and Roughlee in winter, Lancashire UKMore information:
Pendle Hill is popularly linked with the story of the Pendle Witches. Although short of a mountain it is a landmark for miles around and on a clear day makes one of the best view points in Lancashire. It is still extremely popular on Halloween and Good Friday as hoards of people ascend its summit up the steps from Barley in celebration.
