June 20, 2015 - Palm Springs, California, U.S - President Barack Obama arrived at Palm Springs International Airport on Saturday morning at the end of a west coast trip that included stops in Los Angeles and San Francisco on a DNC and DCCC fundraising trip. Obama exited Air Force One dressed causally in a long sleeved shirt with rolled up sleeves and khaki pants in addition to a pair of sunglasses. The President waved at the top of the stairs to the assembled press corps before descending the stairs and was heard to comment, ''Hey it's hot out here!'' The President was met by Agua Caliente band of Cahuilla Indians Tourism head, Jeff L. Grubbe, Rancho Mirage Mayor Dana Hobart and US Congressman, the Honorable Raul Ruiz MD. Congressman Ruiz was asked by the President how he was with the congressman commenting he had his wife Monica with him as well as 3 month old twins, Sky and Sage. Congressman related how the President asked where they were adding, ''Let's go see them!'' Congressman Ruiz stated that the President commented to him, walking from Air Force One to the press corral, ''I gotta hold me some baby, I need to get some baby time!'' As Monica Ruiz held Sage, the Congressman handed off Sky who was asleep. The President spoke briefly with the couple adding that the babies were ''Beautiful!'' before a taking a photo with the family of four.
