New York, USA. 31st May, 2015. The Celebrate Israel parade tradition has been started in 1965, when thousands people walked down Riverside Drive in support of the young State of Israel. In the 2011, the name of the parade was changed from Salute to Israel to Celebrate Israel. In 2015, the parad's theme was "Israel Imagines".
