The statue of the Supreme ruler of Russia during the Russian Civil War Admiral Alexander Kolchak by Russian sculptor Vyacheslav Klykov is erected in front of Znamensky Monastery (the Monastery of the Icon of Our Lady of the Sign) near the place where Admiral Kolchak was executed in 1920.
