Missouri Army National Guard Liaison Officers (LNOs) from Task Force 110 responded to a call of an overtop levee or possible breech on levee L550, located just west of Phelps City near the border with Nebraska. The LNOs coordinated with local authorities during the event. Guardsmen were posted near the levee access as a public safety precaution.
