London Marathon entry co-ordinator Hilary Pratt studies video tapes of the Marathon at County Hall to confirm runners finishing times and to catch out any cheats who may have slipped past unnoticed. More than 400 people were thrown out of the race after being spotted by course officials using tubes and trains to complete the 26-mile, 385 yard slog.
