Liz Lamach, left, with her son Matteo, 6, spend some quality time together at Hillcrest Park on Olivera Road on March 16, 2007 in Concord, Calif. A New York-based architect has finally finished the design for Matteo's Dream, a Concord playground built for children with disabilities, and city leaders announced that volunteers will begin building it in April. Liz Lamach was inspired to build the park by her six-year-old son, Matteo, who has cerebral palsy. (Eddie Ledesma/Contra Costa Times)
