Dr. Servatius who declared that has never belonged to the Nazi party and that he never had an official post in the Nazi-time Germany, is known to the relatives of Eichmann through the time of the Nuremberg trials against war criminals

That time, Servatius was attorney of Fritz Sauckel (Sauckel) and of the organisation ''Political Ladder''.
